Lino-Cut Printing

What if you have an inner printmaker to unleash? Try it out in this hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop! Lino-cutting is a classic relief printing technique that allows you to turn your original sketches into reusable stamps. During this session, you will learn the end-to-end process of designing, transferring, and safely carving your own linoleum block.

We’ll explore the possibilities of block printing by printing custom designs on both paper and fabric. Whether you want to make a set of unique note cards or a hand-printed tea towel or muslin tote bag , this class provides the foundation you need. The best part? Your custom-carved “Lino-Cut” block is yours to keep, allowing you to continue printing on a variety of materials at home.
All materials are included—join in, connect and create – bring family friends and colleagues and ! We provide the carving tools, linoleum, inks, and surfaces to get you started.
Saturday, March 28th from 10 AM – 12:30 PM.
