For: Tuesday, July 25 (3 – 6 p.m.) Phun Pholding Phyllo with Harry Kaiserian

Local chef Harry Kaiserian will lead a workshop at the Wilson Museum’s Hutchins Education Center in Castine. The workshop will explore basic cooking techniques with phyllo dough. Participants will learn how, with hands-on experience, to make wonderful appetizers and desserts. The following foods will be prepared during the 3 hour workshop: spanakopita, smoked salmon quiche, and Armenian baklava.
