Ocean Storytime with Charlie the Shark

Kids ages 5 and up and their families are invited to a special Ocean Storytime with the Shaw Institute’s Charlie the Shark on Thursday, August 15 at 11:00 a.m. on the beach at the Carter Nature Preserve in Surry. We will meet at the first parking area and walk to the beach as a group. Participants are encouraged to wear suitable footwear to walk on the beach, a sun hat and sunscreen, and bring a water bottle.
