Josh will bring his massage table and offer demos from the audience in which comfortable clothes are recommended. Participants will learn simple and effective self-empowered approaches to address common muscle imbalances in order to live with more ease. We’ll assess and then lengthen muscles that are generally too short and tight, and shorten typically overstretched and tight muscles utilizing Osteopathic release principles, active and passive stretching, and strengthening of key areas to bring the body toward balance. “Slacken” muscles in minutes even if they have been tight for years.
