MAY DAY First Responders Thank you BBQ at Woodlawn

5/1/2024
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Woodlawn Museum
19 Black House Dr., Ellsworth, ME, 4605

Not only is this our way of thanking First Responders for their service to the county, we want to provide all who attend with an orientation to the new Barn facility so that they are comfortable in the event they are called here once we are open to the public later this summer.

All first responders from throughout Hancock County – fire, police, EMS, Forest Rangers, Game Wardens, sheriff, and dispatch – are invited and encouraged to attend.

It is our hope that over 50 individuals come along to the BBQ. Retired Ellsworth Fire Chief Richard Tupper alongside retired Fire & Life Safety Inspector Mike Hangge, both part-time caretakers at Woodlawn will be leading the event and facility tour.

Shaw’s and Hannaford are assisting with provisions for this BBQ.
