Landscape Interpretation guided hike With Tom Wessels

Join Blue Hill Heritage Trust and Tom Wessels for a guided landscape interpretation walk on the Parker Point to South Street Trail. This walk will focus on reading the forest’s history including past agricultural use, wind events, logging, and fire. Tom will also point out unique adaptations of our regional trees plus intriguing coevolved interrelationships that abound in our forest ecosystems. We will meet at the trailhead on Parker Point Road at 9 am. Please bring appropriate footwear and water bottles.
