Ecstatic dance is a free form, somatic movement practice that involves allowing your body to move to music without structure or rules. The yoga practice will help tap you into your body and create a safe container for authentic expression of your body through movement and sound. There is no right or wrong way to dance ecstatically, you do not need any experience!
