In this 90-minute session, we’ll use our Biz Fit gathering for an annual Check In & Check Up regarding your business’ health for the new year as we explore “vital” signs of a thriving enterprise:
External (Mktg., outreach, communications, vendors etc.)
Internal (Ops, financials, HR etc.)
Personal (Self Care as a business owner).
We’ll discuss together in small groups how we define a healthy business, share practices that work, and identify what action steps you may want to take individually between check-ups. (We intend to meet again in June so keep an eye out for a 6-month check in that is intended to keep you accountable!)
This will be a supportive and engaging time together to learn, discover and build the strength of our businesses. No pre work, no test, no right or wrong answers.
