The Friends of the Blue Hill Public Library’s second-Thursday-of-the-month film series will continue on Thursday, February 14th at 7:00 PM with The Ghost and Mrs. Muir (1947), directed by directed by Joseph L. Mankiewicz and starring Gene Tierney, Rex Harrison, and George Sanders.
The film is about a widow who moves to a house at the British seaside that is haunted by the ghost of ship captain, but she refuses to be scared off. She becomes friends with the ghost which becomes a problem when she begins a relationship with a live man.
