Kids are invited to learn about animal migration using “passports” at the Blue Hill Public Library on Wednesday, February 28th at 3:30 PM. Julianne Taylor, education coordinator for Downeast Audubon and Great Pond Mountain Conservation Trust, will help kids learn about how animals migrate north to their spring and summer feeding and breeding grounds.

Kids will learn about the migration patterns of several animals including the monarch butterfly, osprey, and humpback whale, and will get their passports filled as they visit different migration stations around the library. This event is sponsored by the library and Downeast Audubon. For more information call the Library at 374-5515.
