Kids are invited to learn about maple syrup at the Blue Hill Public Library on Wednesday, March 28th at 3:30 PM. Julianne Taylor, education coordinator for “Explore Outdoors!” — a collaboration between Blue Hill Heritage Trust, Downeast Audubon and Great Pond Mountain Conservation Trust — will teach kids where maple syrup comes from and how it is made. Participants will also make “ice cream in a bag,” and enjoy it with maple syrup!
This program is co-sponsored by the library. There is no charge and everyone is welcome. For more information call the Library at 374-5515.
