Hello! We’re Frank and Tonyia Peasley, and we’re excited to welcome you to our cottage at Old Hart Farm – a cozy, private, newly built cottage just feet away from the beautiful Bagaduce River! We’ve worked hard to create a space where you can relax, unwind, and connect with nature. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet moment on the screened porch, exploring our walking trails, or watching the diverse wildlife—including great blue herons, egrets, deer, turkeys, and ducks—we hope you find Old Hart Farm as special as we do. And in season, don’t forget to enjoy the wild, sweet blueberries that grow right on the property!
