Tim Seabrook and Leslie Cummins talk us through techniques they use to maintain their fruit at the highest quality possible; from organic pest management to summer trimming. Established in 1987 and MOFGA certified organic fruit grower Five Star Nursery has an appreciation for rare, Maine heirloom fruit varieties and has several types of peaches, pears, plums and apples growing on site.
