Check out the computer controlled machines at the Fab Lab, make wall mounted hooks and simple candle holders out of brass and hardwood! Students will get a brief intro to the machining process, watch parts being made, and then perform the finishing steps before taking your own set for home. Wood will be cut on the ShopBot CNC Router and metal will be cut with the Bantam Desktop CNC Milling Machine. Materials and safety gear will be supplied! Register at haystack-mtn.org/CAMPS.
