Please join Lizzie, Owen, and the Barncastle Family for an evening celebrating their favorite wine and food region in the world: Alsace, France. Lizzie & Owen lived in Alsace at the beginning of their relationship, many moons ago, making goat & cow cheese at Ferme de L’Evreuil in the small commune of Bourg Bruche. Here, they fell in love with the cuisine and culture of all things “pan-Germanic,” and the first seedlings were planted in regards to opening their own restaurant. After over a decade of menu-planning, pop-ups, and more – they were lucky enough to land at Barncastle in Blue Hill and execute those dreams.
Joining the Barncastle Family for the evening will be Randy McLain of Wicked Wines, who holds a wealth of knowledge and an extensive portfolio of Alsatian wines. Seatings will begin at 5:00pm and will stagger throughout the evening.
