Free Workshop will Explore “Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness”
Thursday February 3, 2022 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. via Zoom

Julie Daigle will be offering an opportunity to explore a yoga-based mindfulness practice which combines gentle movements, a deepening awareness of our internal states, and an opportunity for profound relaxation and release. Feel free to submit questions ahead of time to  julie@healthyacadia.org.
