Kelsey Sullivan will present information on ruffed grouse ecology including; life history, survival, harvest, nesting and adaptations to the environment they live in.
He is a wildlife biologist, working with Maine Fish and Wildlife for 15 years, charged with monitoring waterfowl, wild turkey, American woodcock and ruffed grouse populations. Prior to this I worked as a wildlife biologist in Alaska, studying seabird ecology in the wake of the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill.
