Monotype Printing with Guest Artist Juliana Ramirez

In this class, you’ll learn the art of monotype printing on gelli plates. Unlike other printing methods, monotype printing creates a single, original piece of art. Using a Gelli Plate is simple and fun without the need for a printing press. The gratification is immediate, each print is truly unique. You’ll get hands-on experience inking gelli plates and creating your own unique images, which you will then press onto paper to create a finished work. Recommended for ages 8 and up with an accompanying adult. All materials are included, complimentary tea as well!
