SUMMARY:“Inklings” Book and Movie Club at the Blue Hill Public Library
DESCRIPTION:The Blue Hill Public Library invites kids to join the "Inklings
 " book and movie club on Saturday\, August 25th at 2:00 PM. Inklings explo
 res stories of clever children (or pirates!) who use their wits to overcom
 e insurmountable odds. This month's book is Pirates! In an Adventure with 
 Scientists by Gideon Defoe and the film is The Pirates! A Band of Misfits 
 by the creators of Wallace and Gromit.\n\nThe book is set in the 1800’s\
 , and follows the adventures of "The Pirate Captain" and his crew of unort
 hodox pirates\, a comedy story filled with zany antics. Participants will 
 talk about the book\, watch the movie\, and guest host Kipp Quinby will be
  cooking up a special craft for the kids.\n\nInklings welcomes kids of all
  ages. The books and movies we read and watch together cover a wide range 
 of subjects and styles\, and we encourage families to research them in adv
 ance and decide which are right for you and your child. For more informati
