Julianne Taylor, education coordinator for Explore Outdoors! -– a collaboration between Blue Hill Heritage Trust, Downeast Audubon and Great Pond Mountain Conservation Trust – will be doing a special Preschool Storytime event about Groundhog Day at the Blue Hill Public Library on Tuesday Feb 5th at 10:30 AM. She will read the story Punxsutawney Phyllis by Susanna Leonard Hill, followed by a craft project, and kids will learn some fun facts about groundhogs (aka woodchucks) and Groundhog Day.
