DESCRIPTION:DIAA's November Artist in Residence Sarah Baskin will hold an e
 xhibition of her work in progress and artist talk on Sunday\, November 24\
 , 2-4 PM.\n\nSarah has been busy in the gallery. A painter of impressionis
 tic watercolor and oil landscapes\, seascapes and figures\, Sarah aspires 
 to be a painter of light\, focusing on how the sunlight plays across the s
 ide of a building or how it sparkles on the water and on how shadows stret
 ch across a landscape. Many of her paintings are inspired by the natural b
 eauty of the towns\, harbors and islands of Penobscot Bay. During her resi
 dency\, Sarah has been painting a large triptych of the Salt Pond Blueberr
 y Barrens in Blue Hill\, Maine. Each panel is two by three feet and is int
