DESCRIPTION:The Eggemoggin Reach Regatta begins just off of Torrey Ledge in
  the Eggemoggin Reach this coming Saturday\, August 6th.  The 15-mile cou
 rse has not changed since the first race in 1985. Today rougly 125 boats g
 ather to race\, making it a spectacular event to watch\, especially from t
 he water.\n\nPlease note: The Brooklin General Store\, usually available f
 or ice\, beer\, coffee\, provisions\, gas\, etc.\, is not open this year.
   They will be re-opening in the fall.\n\nFor a race day schedule and cou
 rse map\, please visit eregatta.com\n\nThe Eggemoggin Reach Regatta is the
  third of the 2016 Wooden Boat Series\, beginning with  the  Castine Cl
 assic Yacht Race on August 4th and the Camden Feeder Race on August 5th.
