 b. 16 in the Dance Studio\n\nJoin us for an exploration of movement expres
 sion\, dance creativity\, and communication through the structure of impro
 visation. Each session will begin with a structured full-body warm-up whic
 h leads to more open-ended dance improvisation exercises. All abilities we
 lcome!\n\nRates per session: $10 (members) or $15 (non-members). Get a dis
 counted rate and register for all 6 sessions ($50 for members and $75 for 
 non members). Drop-ins also welcome!\n\n\n\nAbout the Instructor: David La
 mon is an experienced teacher and choreographer who has studied and taught
  a wide variety of dance forms and movement techniques. David’s classes 
 are fun\, engaging\, and demonstrate a thoughtful attention to the foundat
 ions of each dance form. Whatever the form\, David believes that dance is 
 a doorway to the synchronistic creativity of being in the moment!
