Camden Conference Discussion Series At the Blue Hill Public Library

.S. Diplomat Bob Sargent, in connection with the 31st annual Camden Conference, starting Monday February, the 11th. Two other meetings are on Tuesday, February 19th and Monday, March 4th, and all from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. The Camden Conference itself runs from February 22nd to 24th in Camden, between the second and third discussion sessions. The discussion series is free, but space is limited, so registration is required.

This series is designed to help participants achieve optimal benefit from participation in the Camden Conference. In the first two sessions, participants will consider a list of questions deemed relevant and provocative to the theme of the conference, which this year is “Is This China’s Century?” In the third session, participants will review and discuss findings and recommendations that surfaced during the Camden Conference.

Bob Sargent’s diplomatic assignments have included Belgium, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, Tunisia, Turkey and Vietnam. He is a former member of the Camden Conference Board of Directors and Advisory Board and a three-time conference program chair.
