 l share from her book\, Walking a Labyrinth Daily: Exploring a Spiritual P
 ractice\, at the Blue Hill Public Library on Saturday\, August 4th at 2:00
  PM.\n\nThe book is about Chris Farrow-Noble’s experience of setting out
  one January 1st to walk a labyrinth every day for one year and to record 
 each day’s experience. As a lifelong seeker without a specific religious
  foundation\, she viewed this commitment as a trial spiritual practice\, i
 nspired by these ancient designs. She wanted to know how walking labyrinth
 s would affect her -- physically\, mentally and spiritually. Most of her w
 alks are on foot\, while others are by hand\, either using a finger labyri
 nth or drawing a seed pattern labyrinth and mindfully tracing its path. Th
 is evolving practice offers her time for meditation\, provocative thought\
 , and reflection. She candidly shares observations of the physical spaces 
 that surround her and the inner spaces that are revealed.\n\nThis event is
